What should I wear during a massage session?
For a massage session, most people undress and leave their underpants on before getting on the massage table, under the sheet. Proper draping technique will be administered and only the portion being massage will be uncovered. If there is any discomfort or hesitance on undressing, you can leave your clothes on. I do suggest on wearing comfortable clothing. The massage techniques will be modified, certain techniques such as effleurage or gliding motion cannot be administered with ease.

Do you include aromatherapy?
Yes, essential oils are available at no extra charge.

How often should I get a massage?
It's not a matter of "should" but, how often would you like to receive a session? How often does your body ask for it? Each person's body type and intention will vary. If you are experiencing chronic pain and tension, a weekly massage for a couple of months may be of benefit. If your intention is to relax and for stress relief, a monthly massage may assist you. If you find that your body is asking for a massage before the month is over, you can try every 2 weeks or 3 weeks maintenance. For some, they are happy with a massage every 3 months. Most importantly, listen to your body.

Do you do Reiki?
I am certified on Crystal Reiki and this was my stepping stone on energy healing modalities. However, I do not practice Reiki or any symbols in the Reiki system any longer. I have shifted on applying different energy healing techniques. Please read next question for more information.

What is an Energy Healing session like?

I apply energy healing through Breathwork. This feels more natural and intuitive to be utilized. If you booked an energy healing in addition to a massage session. The massage will be administered first and for major body part/muscles being massaged, I will tune in to the energy/emotions that are stored there or what that body part is communicating. Throughout the massage session, I will breathe through the words or visuals pertaining to the energy/emotions, so that there is awareness and ease of flow and in turn, those energies are able to find a way to be released. After the massage portion, there will be a hands-on energy healing portion. Certain visualizations or breathwork will be administered to assist on releasing energies and assisting the body to come back into balance.

What would I feel during an Energy Healing session?
Each person will differ. Some feel relaxed. Some see colors. Some may not even feel anything out of ordinary. Some may experience a cathartic release of emotions.

What is a Crystal Healing session like?
What issues/aspects can I address?
After the intake, the client will lie down on the massage table fully dressed. Crystals will be placed along major energy centers, some on shoulders, around knees and feet. Then, hands-on energy healing will be administered. Many physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects can be addressed such as, pain relief, digestion, headaches, anxiety, stress, grounding, stability, optimism, relaxation, focus, communication, scarcity mindset, trust, enhancing intuition, heart connection and so on. During intake, feel free to let me know what aspects you want to work on, change or see improvement. I will use those information to use specific crystals or breathwork techniques to support those.

Do I leave a tip?

If you are coming in as a private client, gratuity is not necessary or expected. If leaving a tip is stopping you from booking a session, please know that there is no expectation or judgement at all. If you enjoy the session a lot and would like to show appreciation, you are welcome to book another session, leave a wonderful review or refer people to my practice. Thank you!

If you are coming in as a client through the spa, leaving gratuity is common etiquette since the massage therapist receives only a specific percentage or specific wage per session.
