Packaging, Shipping & Returns
Each order is consciously packaged with recycled/recycable materials.
Most orders are placed inside a pillow box that is made out of seed paper. That means you can plant them and wildflowers will grow! They are a mix of: Snapdragon, Petunia, Beardtongue, Daisy, Thyme, Poppy, Foxglove, Catchfly, Maiden Pinks, Chamomile.
If purchasing more than 1 item for the purpose of a gift to more than one person, please let me know upon purchasing and I can wrap each item in separate containers and information cards.
Invoice & Receipt
To save paper, I do not include a copy of invoice or receipt. Please, refer back to the order confirmation/receipt on the email you received after placing an order.
What if the jewelry breaks?
From a few customer's experience and very rare occasion, it was due to the rough edge of the stone that is rubbing against the cord
To give you a piece of mind, if they break within 1 month of purchase, I will repair any jewelry free of charge for the first time. Please keep it mind that this offer is for the normal wear and tear of wearing the jewelry. If it may seem that the jewelry was intentionally tampered with then, I apologize but the offer does not stand.
Most orders will ship from New York within 1-5 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Carrier Information:
USPS will be used for shipping, unless otherwise requested.
If within US and the shipping cost in your order is:
less than $8, it will ship First Class
more than $8, it will ship Priority Mail
For international order:
Most will be shipped First Class unless noted and discussed beforehand.
International orders - Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and for contacing their local post office/carrier. Chrizza is not responsible for delays due to package being held in customs.
If there is any problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, a return (depending on the item) may be possible within 10 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be not used.
These following items can't be returned or refunded:
Due to the personalized nature of the item, Custom Order & Made-to-Order are not eligible.
Conditions of return:
The buyer is responsible to return the package with tracking order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refund will take place once the original item is received. Shipping cost are not eligible for refund.
The buyer is responsible for inputting correct address information on the order. Please double-check that the shipping address is correct.
Lost packages due to inaccurate address provided by buyer or non-receivable addresses will not be refunded.
In the case that the package is returned to me, for re-shipment to be possible, the buyer is responsible on paying shipping cost for re-shipment and for the correct address information. If there is no contact or cooperation in this part, refund is not possible.
To see what happened with your package, please cooperate on reaching out to your local post office (USPS) and if necessary, filing out certain documents that I will need or the post office. Your information may be shared when opening a case review with USPS. If there is no cooperation in your end regarding filing out certain documents, discussion of refund or re-shipment is not possible. If in situations that the problem occured due to the buyer's action and USPS has done their job accordingly, refund is not possible.
